There is no changes in tie-breaker regulation. It was determined as follows:

- Points difference in all pool matches;
- Tries difference in all pool matches;
- Number of points scored in all pool matches;
- Number of tries scored in all pool matches;

Also, KO matches orders are similar with previous 2019 event. There are 4 pools of 5 teams. Top two teams from each pool will be advance to quarter finals. KO matches are arranged in brackets where you can see teams who advance to next rounds easily.
