If you are looking for a shift schedule maker with attendance tracker capabilities you can use this SHIFT SCHEDULE MAKER and ATTENDANCE TRACKER. With this template, you can assign different roles and rotation pattern by employees every 32 days cycle. You can set it 12 cycles in advance or one cycle at the time.
You can switch or adjust generated schedule in separate tab where it also functions as attendance tracker tab. So, it is not just a shift planner template but also an attendance tracker to record any absences of your employees.
Use this spreadsheet to plan schedule for 3 teams with 3 rotating periods within 32 days cycle
You can use up to 25 employees per spreadsheet. Re use it to plan schedule for other 25 employees.
Here short instructions on how to use it
- Assign pattern your employees (max 25 employees). You can reuse this template to another 25 employees
- Adjust generated pattern (switch employee shift, edit pattern based on employee’s availability, etc)
- Record absences (taken PTO, no show, etc)

You can design your own pattern within 32 days cycle. You could design a pattern multiplication of 4, 8, 16 and 32 days.
This template has 12 tables with 32 days per cycle. It only cover 384 days in total. So, you will see days that are not shown in one calendar year in calendar visualization tab.
