You can put maximum 50 employees and distribute them into each groups (max 20 employees per group). You can assign different number of employees per group.
You can set it to any dates, but it should fall on Monday.
All shift periods will be marked with different color markers in printable employee attendance calendar where you can identify their shift easily and put leave codes, overtime etc in particular table or fields and summarize it in your report.
