Description
RUGBY WORLD CUP 2023 PREDICTOR GAME is an Excel spreadsheet for playing a predictor game for Rugby World Cup 2023 tournament with your friends, colleagues or relatives.
If you are already using this spreadsheet for World Cup 2015 and 2019, you won’t have any problems on using this Rugby World Cup Office Pool template since not much changes have been made.
You can use it by setting up your point criteria then continue it by adding your participant names. After that, you can collect predictions from your participants and input them in All Players Tab.
Actual match scores are filled in Tournament tab. Every time actual results are inputted, players will be ranked by:
1. Points earned on all matches (Group and Knock Out Round) + Bonus Points
2. Number of Correct Match and Score Prediction and Correct Pairing Matches in Knock Out Round (if Score Prediction point system is based on prediction matches)
3. Order of players in Player List tab
Here are short guidance on how to use it:
① Set points and game scenario
In the latest and paid version, you will get 16 new criteria to collect bonus points.
② Type Player Name
Remember that player entry order will also be used as final tie-breaker in player leaderboard.
③ Fill Player’s Prediction Scores
You can type it manually or copy paste from player prediction sheet (available in paid version only).
Remember, you can set different game scenario for your game in knock out rounds.
④ Fill Actual Scores
Fill actual scores in tournament tab.
⑤ Track Player Standings
See position of your players in player leaderboard tab.
